The culinary traditions of Shkodra are among Albania's most treasured gastronomic heritage. At our Spagheti & Fish Restaurant, we bring these centuries-old recipes to Tirana — prepared with the same dedication and authenticity that has defined Colosseo since the very beginning.

From Lake to Table

Every morning, our suppliers bring the freshest catch from Lake Shkodra and the Adriatic coast. Our kitchen works exclusively with:

  • Fresh fish — sea bass, salmon, and seasonal varieties
  • Seafood — prawns, mussels, calamari, and clams
  • Organic vegetables — handpicked daily from local markets
  • Extra-virgin olive oil — from Albanian groves

Signature Dishes

Spaghetti alle Vongole

Our most requested dish. Fresh clams sautéed with white wine, garlic, and parsley — simple, elegant, and utterly authentic.

Grilled Whole Sea Bass

A Shkodran classic. Freshly caught sea bass, grilled to perfection and served with roasted seasonal vegetables and a lemon butter sauce.

Risotto ai Frutti di Mare

Creamy arborio rice with a generous selection of prawns, mussels, calamari, and saffron — a celebration of the Adriatic on your plate.

Dining Hours

  • Breakfast — 07:00 to 10:00 (weekends until 10:30)
  • Lunch — 12:00 to 15:00
  • Dinner — 18:00 to 23:00
